Wouldn’t it be great if there was something out there that could tell you exactly where all these fixed speed cameras were and alert you of there presence when you were close. Well there is! The following radar detectors already have every fixed speed camera position programmed in to them so fixed speed camera problems should be a thing of the past.
I personally use a Road Angel they are regarded as the most effective units on the market. If you get the connected version (road angel with laser alert excluded below) then you get updates direct to the unit every few minutes via an Orange sim card which costs about £5 a month. This is excellent as I was prone to either not updating the new maps and locations for weeks at a time on my laptop and risking being hit by a new camera that was not already uploaded, or uploading on an evening and forgetting the unit in the morning when I rush out the door now this doesn’t happen the ultimate in convenience and because of live updates this will share with you locations of live safety van locations as and when they appear!
