14 Day Rule

The 14 day rule is the amount of time the police have in order to serve you with a NIP (notice of intended prosecution) after an alleged offence, as they have to give you due notice to be made aware of the  allegations.  For full details please choose which of the following applies to you.

• You were driving the vehicle but are not the keeper
